What we collect
Secure Ordering, Shipping and Returns
Your personal information is important to us, so we take steps to protect it.
When you provide us your personally identifiable information (PII), it is encrypted by SSL security when it is transmitted over the internet between your computer and our servers. You can confirm the SSL encryption is working, by checking that our domain name at that website begins with “https” instead of “http”. When you make that confirmation, you establish you have a secure online connection to us.
We use a third party payment processor when you pay with a credit card. We do not retain your payment information, except PII related to your order, consisting of your name, address and phone number. We collect those forms of PII to complete an order and to address returns. In the case of any qualifying returns, we will request your credit card number (because we do not retain that information) and we will provide you with details to authorize your return.
We use only reputable national carriers, such as FedEX, for shipping. You can track your order using the relevant carrier’s tracking system. You are welcome to add your own comments when you submit an order (for example, for your own accounting reference).
